The whole idea of cheerleading is kinda sexual. In Europe it doesn't even exist for the most part because you don't need it to watch a game they're just there to get the guys more "excited" and hype up the crowd.

Some say "cheering" is a competitive sport, and some schools have some incredibly talented athletes, and they 'cheer' because their school maybe cannot support gymnastics?
I have seen some competitions, on ESPN, and other channels, and 'cheering' isn't a joke, but maybe something to be taken more seriously, than the implications of the post you presented.

I think they'd bring the most cheer, but unless your team is eunuchs, both sides are going to be very distracted on the field with a dozen or so women dressed like that, or with less. One hop or skip and something's slipping out of a top without a lot of double sided tape.

I think cheerleaders that feel good about their bodies will. It also does help to have less clothes covering you as it can make your routine easier. They have a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader show if I remember right. It would be interesting to watch to see what they say

I think we should just get rid of cheerleaders. I never understood why these girls dancing around and doing all the acrobat stunts is supposed to make me want to cheer for the team.

I think it would make more sense to give a motivational speaker a mic and have them talk trash about beating the other team. Kinda like wrestlers cutting a promo.

Or I don't know put on a skit or something where you're destroying the other team.
