Basically, the guy that i had sex with, he's had a few boyfriends and said that he's mostly/only fucked other men. I think its possible that i was the first ever girl that he had sex with, and everyone says that he's completely gay. (See my other questions for more imformation). Before sex, he seemed a bit tense/nervous, but now after sex, he seems happier around me & more comfortable & also more respectful towards me, surprisingly 🤔. I feel like he probably has a genuine liking towards me. I'm confused because i thought he was completely gay. And by the way, he's my assistant manager haha.

I am going to guess the most likely scenario is that when he started having an attraction for men, he assumed he was gay, but remained curious and now realises he is bisexual.
A lot of people probably believed he was full-on gay because he has been with men. People have a harder time believing men are bi then they do women it seems. If women experiment with women it never seems a huge deal, but if a guy gets with a guy, he must be gay.
As for why he feels happier around you, could be numerous reasons. Maybe he feels happier because you have made him realise he is actually bi. Maybe even you made him realise he is actually straight and that those times with guys were experimentation. Maybe he had been wanting to try out sleeping with a woman for a while and was nervous about it, so now that has been lifted off his shoulders whatever his feelings towards you are.
As to your other questions, he may have chosen you as you say he is your assistant manager and had the opportunity to get close to you. He may have also acted grossed out by other girls in an attempt to fight off any attraction towards them, or he just was genuinely grossed out by a few.

It's an odd event for sure, for what is known homosexuality means the sexual stimuli are just swapped and you get activated by your own gender. So this means he probably A) developed a connection with you that is not primarily sexual in nature, and more emotional (as in feeling love first and passion later) or B) those first sexual experiences, happening with other men, made him subconsciously see that as the norm.

It's probably as you are saying, it's special, and for real, a good mental connection can ususaly9 surpass the sheer sexual attraction and lust, that's why you can even fall in love for someone who is ugly, I know that for when two heterosexual or two homossexual people get togheter, but I have no idea when it's one of each.
