What do you think of boy who is kind and shy?

Do girls find kind boy who is kind, shy and rarely gets angry attractive. In my opinion i find it less attractive. what's your opinion?

I want a guy who doesn't get angry - I hate hate hate hate hate arguments - and I have no idea how other people tolerate conflicted relationships - if my husband argues a lot when I get married - I will immediately divorce him.

I wouldn't mind kind and rarely gets angry. My partner is like that and I love that about him. Shy, not so much. Being assertive and knowing how to go after what he wants are more attractive in my opinion.
