u It's not going to be my first option because I tend to go for outgoing guys. If he really wanted a shot with me and I thought that I could get him to open up to me in time I would give it a try at least. He might get comfortable enough once he got to know me. The problem is that I would probably come off as overbearing to somewhat like that. I like to be active and social so it would be a tough sell for him to like the type of person I am.
I think you'll find you have more choices if you come out of your shell. Tough to do, but, I think if you try, you'll see why.
The one thing I always do when talking to any girl is to remember, your just there to make a new friend, nothing more. If it turns into more later on, great, if not, you still make a friend out of the deal.
Obviously people don't really like it... they can often think shy people are arrogant and they might see it as unmasculine since a guy should be all vocal and extroverted... as for it with girls... don't worry about it man as long as you're not a phony shy guy who never goes out of his comfort zone..

Hard to say really, I'd like to befriend and know him better and try to open up that personality that will do him well... it just takes a one or two kind reciprocal exchanges to get that spark to set aflame the more extroverted part of him/her
I find shy guys adorable. The genuinely nice, respectful and sweet ones anyway.
There are the ones that are shy but they kind of get mad at you but don't say why, so it's just super awkward when they glare at you from across the room.
But I find the shy guys who are kind and just wonderful overall are cute.
i like shy boys... i'd give him a chance and i'd get him to relax by giving him blowjobs and often especially if he's cute.
Something about a shy guy makes them seem interesting.
