If it's only occasionally, while this is a bit excessive, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt depending on his lifestyle. But if it happens all the time, I'd be asking them why myself. I'd say he only sees you as a friend though at best. I'd be upset if anyone took that long to reply lol. They'd better have their phone turned off or something lol
how long do you stay off your phone for when you are busy cause unless this mf is running a France tour marathon, he shouldve already answered, i ignore some people for days and im always on my phone, must just not be interested

Guys really are not texters.
As I have said numerous times, if a guy likes to text, check under his skirt to make sure he has the right parts.
I have ADHD... I forget until I remember. Then I forget again... be careful there are guys out there that do play a lot of games.
Maybe he's just bored and doesn't have anything interesting to say? lol.
