I’ve had 100% casual friendships with girls, so I don’t find it weird at all. I wouldn’t even mind if my girlfriend had some as long as they were 100% casual as well.

It is difinately a red flag, it indicates that she likes attention from men, knows how to work men for what she wants and that she will probably be fucking one of them. A cheating type. If you would be married to her, she would be the type that would not be worried about leaving, because she already has a men friends safety net ready to help her.
