Why does he tweet about me when he’s mad?

He doesn’t really get on Twitter that much so. Me and this guy talked for a couple days then things ended a little because I started being friends with his enemy & we both want each other but don’t trust each other. We would flirt but play with each other and those days i would slightly get back at him he would tweet about me without mentioning my name saying I’m crazy & funny in a crazy/bad way.
