My 7 year situationship?

I’ve been with this guy for 7 years, 3 of which living together. I thought we were more than what we were all these years because let’s face it, I was treated as his girlfriend and we were never with anyone else. Recently (past almost month) he’s been talking to a girl he met who is in another state (9hours away). When I found out I was belittled, degraded and basically treated like shit for 2 weeks till finally I told him I’m done and I’m leaving. Naturally now he wants to act completely different. Tries to have sex with me every night, doing things in the bedroom I’ve wanted him to do with me for years. Wanting to rake me out to dinner, or do things when we are both off work. Getting upset when I go out or am on my phone. I’m so confused because he’s still texting her. From what I can see that is all and he tells me it’s nothing serious with her, just a friend and when he’s ready for a relationship it would of course be with me.

FYI- the girl he’s talking with is the daughter to a family friend.

WTF so you're maintaining a situationship for 7 years, moved in together and he doesn't even ask you to be his girlfriend on top of that keeps talking with other women. That's really fucked up. You should've moved on long time ago and trust me men will say and do anything to sleep with you and to keep you around. He just got too comfortable with you always being there.

He’s an asshole and he wants both of you. Dump him and move out as soon as you can (in a practical sense, the moving out part may take a while).

Something is really wrong and dysfunctional here if he doesn't consider himself to be in a relationship with you. Make it clear what you want and be prepared to dump him if he still continues to communicate with her and refuses to be official with you.
