Stalker Guy who won’t move on?

Yes , there was a guy that I was friends with ; we never met in person and he saw us as girlfriend/ bfs. I blocked him yesterday and despite he’s blocked he keeps calling and texting me wanting to be friends. I’m not interested in being friends with him nor are we dating. What he’s doing is very stalker like and he keeps calling my phone back to back. one day he called my phone 10xs. He doesn’t know where I live or work. I told him I needed space for him for good and that didn’t stop him from texting and calling. I’m feeling like calling the police on him now: he’s in another city and not sure how that’ll work. Please give me insight?

I have a similar situation with a guy I met online so I can relate


I met this guy on an app. He seems nice so far but still have my doubts. He constantly always says he loves me when he doesn't even know me. Then he sometimes blames me for barely ever messaging or calling when he doesn't either. Our conversations seem real but still feel like he's playing games. It's like he's telling me what he thinks I wanna hear. I also find it interesting that out of all the people on the app he chose me. Then I asked him why me and he said cuz his heart drew to me. And he always calls me baby and honey. I personally don't like being called that by guys on the internet if you're not someone I know. I don't mind if it's a close friend but with guys on the internet it's a completely different thing


What does all this mean? Am I dealing with a narcissist or can he just genuinely be a nice guy. Or desperate

Instead of say you "needed space", you should have been more direct and definite and said you were no longer interested and you wished him well. But in this case, I say block his number. It's only been a day, give this a bit more time. I think he'll stop. It's too soon to call police I think, however it might be an option if it continues. But I think if you give it a few days, he'll stop. And if you block his number completely, that stops it right there right? He can't contact you any other way can he?

After telling him yesterday I needed space he called hours after that. Today I told him I was moving on because he wasn’t respecting anything I said. Now he’s officially blocked

Well that sounds terrible. You should've been more direct though. I for instance have autism and take everything quite literally. What I want to say is be really clear about it so there are no misunderstandings and if he is being persistent take further steps...
Blocking someone is definitely a smart move even if it isn't the nicest thing to do.

I’ve told this guy numerous of times we aren’t office and I also told him that I needed space ; I have a lot going on. He kept calling back to back until I ad to tell him to stop calling me. Maybe now he’ll move on because I don’t want friendship with him anymore

Yeah he might be obsessed, but you should be empathic on how he feels as well. Imagine being completely being cut off by a person who love you most, yeah he probably feels that way or worse than that.

It hurts so much to be tortured by a loop of thoughts. Don't just think about youself and face the issue by talking with him about it
