Is it fatal to drink tea with a little dead spider in it?

i just drank a tea and before finishing it, I notice there was a dead spider in it... am I in danger? or was the boiling water enough to destroy the venom the spider could of had(which I live in new England, where is really rare to find a poisonous spider)

RELAX...even if it was a posionous one...eating a spider and getting bitten by one are different...the posion targets your nervous sytem through your blood stream... your stomach acids will break down the venom..and odds are it wasn't posionous...just chill bro ull be fine...u just got som extra protein with your tea lol.

im sure its fine definitely wash your mouth though and drink detoxifying liquids like lemon water, grapefruit juice, and teas with antioxidants they will cleanse your colon out give you a better digestive system overall

no, it was dark, but it was dead. I pour the boiling tea over it I just noticed it was a spider before I finished it
