So do guys get scared of having or catching feelings for a girl... like ok so I've been having sex with this guy for quite awhile and everytime we have sex he acts like its the best thing that he's ever felt but then he disappears for days and sometimes weeks... I just assumed he was crazy or had a girlfriend but he did say to me on one occasion that he would never give his heart to another woman after it got broken in his previous relationship... I don't know its confusing and I need answers

But yes like women, we can be hurt and reluctant to try again as well. But it is also possible he is crazy and has a girlfriend lol.
