How come this one guy teases me Non stop but he's one of the only guys that looks at my body?

So let me break it down:

Guy #1 is always saying im beautiful, attractive and he's always making sly comments about that. But i dont think i have EVER seen him even glance at my body at all ever. So weird. He stares into my eyes and face non stop though.

Guy #2 is really annoying, he loves teasing me and being domineering (he needs to stop but he's unstoppable), and he's never said im pretty or any sexual comment to me ever, yet he keeps looking at my stomach, legs, chest... Like he tried to peak down my shirt once.

Its just funny how that works cause one SAYS something but i dont see evidence of it. And the other is just an annoying guy but he actually LOOKS at my body

Guy #1 is being polite he really likes and wants to show you that he respects you. Guy #2 is the one you will end up actually sleeping with. He is rude and unrelenting in letting you know that he wants you. It's a bit sad, that we always end up picking the sure thing when it comes to sex. Would you even be comfortable talking about the possibility of having sex with Guy #1? Yeah, I would end up with Guy #2 as well.
