Does it mean anything if a guy remembers a conversation from a while ago?

I use to work with this guy, actually, my coworkers would always say they think he likes me since he always messed with me. I don't work in the store anymore and got a new job. I ended up talking to him one day (at my old job) and he asked about the new job. I told him my frustrations about the field I was in, working with doctors/patients. Fast forward two months later, I run into him again and he asks me if I've had any issues with other doctors at the new job. Honestly, I forgot we even had that conversation. I did answer. Anyway, I was wondering does it mean anything if a guy remembers a conversation from a long time ago? Like, if he could be attracted to me or was just making small talk? Thoughts?

He could be attracted to you. Or he could find you interesting, to where he remembers what you two talk about when you run into each other. I am like that. I recall specific conversations easily. Even almost word for word.
