Guy I’m dating lives alone but has 3 toothbrushes.. is this suspicious?

I’ve been there 3 times now. We’ve had sex. I haven’t ever slept over but he asked me to once. He says he lives alone and appears to live alone. There isn’t any indication of anyone else living there especially not a female... yet when I went to his bathroom I noticed he had 3 toothbrushes, all regular non-electric. Is this suspicious? Or do people normally keep many toothbrushes?

It's understandable why you might feel suspicious of this person having 3 toothbrushes. But, you've said yourself that you've found no indication of there being anyone else. What perhaps could be worst is finding 3 underwear, 3 pieces of jewellery... so no, there is no need to have your guard up yet.

i noticed this guy i was talking to had two toothbrushes in a bathroom mirror photo he sent me and... turned out he just had two toothbrushes 😃

Depends what kind of toothbushes. I for once have the classical, two interdentals (with different diameter) and one round for gums, all recommended by my dentist.
