Do men obsessively dream about getting married like some women do?

I'll put my hands up and amit but I've been planning and dreaming about my wedding day since the day I first watched a Disney princess movie. I just want a special, beautiful day to celebrate my eternal love with my special someone and have all are family and friends there too and have a good time to remember.

I actually used to work in the wedding industry before covid and I loved doing weddings, it's something I really want to do one day. Being a wedding planner. I love , love and being around it and making people happy.

The only thing I've noticed is the groom's never seem bothered unless it's to do with the money side of the wedding. They just go with what the bird says she wants. I've met a couple guys who were generally interested and inputted some really cool ideas. One groom wanted a ice cream van at the wedding reception and everyone had stonebaked pizza and it was pretty awesome to be fair and him and his wife both loved it.

I literally have 4 Pinterest boards fall of wedding ideas for my own wedding I just wonder if guys feel the same about weddings and have any cool ideas of what they'd want there wedding to be like if they had full responsibility. I feel like a lot of men see marriage as a trap, because they don't want to lose the women they love but at the same time they don't understand why they need a big fancy wedding to make her stay which shouldn't be like that the wedding day should be for both partners in the relationship and it shouldn't be done out of fear of losing someone.
