In terms of sex I’ve mostly been exposed to, in no particular order: cuckolding, pegging, cnc, BBC cuckolding, BBC adultery, military adultery, anal, roleplay, and ageplay. This was all exclusively online of course but I’ve been asked my thoughts about these kinks in anonymous forums enough to think it’s common for straight men to fantasize about sex that’s either violent/illegal or anything where they would be the submissive one.

  I think that you're partly right. But only partly. I think that there are some guys who are into violence, but certainly not all guys. There are some guys who are into being submissive, but certainly not all guys. So what you've been exposed to is a few sub-sets of guys. But they DON"T represent guys generally, or guys as a whole. The guys who are into cnc are not the same guys who are into cuckolding. And there is exactly ONE thing on your whole list that wouldn't be an active hard-turn-off for me (and, honestly... I'm a weird and kinky motherfucker).
  
  For anything universal, it's going to have to be something way more vanilla. Something like... all guys fantasize about cumming in a girls mouth. (now, I don't know that to be true... but something simple and mundane like that, is going to be the only things even close to universally applicable to guys broadly speaking).

  While I don't understand them... there ARE actually guys who actively aren't into anal. It's common for sure, but I don't know if I'd go quite so far as to say "most". I guess it depends on what you mean by "most". A majority, as in over 50%? Absolutely. But still, I'm going to hazard a guess that there's still maybe...2/10 guys who aren't into anal.
