Why does he mostly just not talk to me?

Why does he mostly just not talk to me? I dont get his behavior?
Whats wrong with my coworker? I think he's really shy. I am too. But why be mad at me but not try to get closerto me?

Sometimes he hits on me, and other times he acts mean and intimidates me and takes offence to everything i do or dont do (its like im wrong for existing), and most days he just ignores me but stares at me sometimes

Because he wants to talk to you but can't talk, because he wants to cry on your shoulder but can't do it, because he wanted to be mad with life but could not do it, that's why he gets mad at you.. that's way he gets mad at himself.. Sorry..

I did She told me she had really long hair on the dating service and that was the spark that lighted things up because I love long hair on a woman
