Do guys like being a “gentleman”?

My boyfriend gets really happy when I let him open doors for me, carry my stuff, and doing anything chivalrous like. Most of the time I do everything on my own which makes him unhappy.

I do it for anyone, if I get to door first, I naturally hold it open, it’s just good manners.

same if old couple or old person out, I might go forward and open the door for them.

so yeah do it for girls, girl mates, girlfriends, daughter etc etc.

As for rest, depends, I refuse to carry a hand bag, and actually have to announce that it’s not mine I’m just holding it.

Sometimes just being helpful to other human being makes you feel good. Especially if it doesn't tske much on you but is hard for other person. I call them small investment big reward scenarious.

Yeah. It's a way for us to show that we care for a woman. When women don't let us do those things, it kind of feels like she's refusing to let us contribute to her life.

Some guys do. They like to feel needed and show their affection this way. That doesn't apply to all guys, though. Different people show affection in different ways.
