I sometimes refer to men as gentlemen if they do something kind for me, yeah. It's nice too when they're well dressed, and talk confidently.

The only times I call a guy a gentleman is sarcastically. Or if he does something "gentlemanly" and I make fun of him for it because I don't know how to flirt and am kind of an asshole.

I don't know feels like they're talking down to me. I've only been called a gentleman as a kid, or as an insult. Maybe if it was different I wouldn't mind but I just haven't ever liked it in the past.
