Why won’t he post me?

First off I trust my boyfriend and I know he’s not hiding anything. He always tells me he loves me and has offered to let me go through his phone and says he would never cheat. I’ve been away at college for two month and we’ve been FaceTiming through this and calling. We met in winter and made it official before I went back to college. We’re going on a little over two months now. We’re both really private people and today we saw each other in person for the first time in 2 months. I posted him because some of my annoying friends have been heckling me and I don’t trust one of them and said I’d post him when I got home. I did post him today and none of my “friends” said anything especially the one I don’t trust. Anyways while him and I were out I took a video and he said he’d take a video of me next week. He said I looked good and everything and always calls me beautiful. But he didn’t wanna post me today. Do you think he thought I looked bad or something? I know he’s not hiding anything he just said next week.
