No it doesn't. It doesn't bother me what gender or identity the person cutting my hair is. As long as they do a good job, cut it so it either the way I want or looks good on me. That's all that should matter.

it is a ridiculous thing for anyone to say. There are hundreds of different places that cut hair. that person should simply go to a place that has the correct gender, race and age of the hairdresser that he wants or needs. Instead he complains to you about something that is unimportant. No one is barred from cutting hair because of gender , race, religion or political affiliation. If someone came into my business and complained that i didn't have an Asian women performing a job then i would tell them to leave and go to a business that does.
