If a guy is talking to you and will not look at you (basically looking at the wall while talking) does this mean something bad. The guy wouldn’t look at me at all! It was weird and now I’m afraid to talk to him. It made me feel self conscious.

He could be on the spectrum, it's something I deal with daily, I can't look people in the eyes so I just look in their general direction and people tend not to notice. If he is autistic then he may not have figured this out yet. He also could be anxious to interact with you because he may like you, or you look too much like someone he knows. Unless you've done something to him then I don't thing you have any real reason to think he would be offended or upset with you.

For me I've only met one girl I could look in the eyes but she ended things terribly and I have yet to find another yet.
Just play it by year try and make him feel comfortable around you and it may change, you could also just ask too, just don't go "hey are you autistic or just nurvous around me"
