The men who bring up the fact that men also get raped, during a conversation about the rates of sexual abuse women face, don't actually care about male victims. They are bringing up male sexual abuse to distract and deflect from the fact that the majority of sexual abuse victims are women and girls, and the majority of sexual offenders are male. You can tell, because they don't actually expect the conversation to go anywhere after that. It's used a 'gotcha' moment to try and shut down what women are saying, which is that we live in a society where sexual abuse towards women and girls is rampant.
I think men become uncomfortable with the knowledge that most rapists are men, and they feel like people are saying therefore most men are rapists, which isn't true. But they get defensive and react in poor taste.
Do men get raped and sexually abused? Yes. Can women be the abusers? Yes. Is this abuse extremely under reported and often not taken seriously? Absolutely. Hell, I was sexually abused by a woman and never reported it, I know first hand that male sexual abuse happens and is largely ignored. But I also know derailing a conversation about the sexual abuse women and girls face to talk about male sexual abuse does nothing. They are both important conversations that need to be had, but we can't do that if there's this constant fight to be heard over each other.

I was raped by two Roman Catholic priests when I was ten and a third when I was eleven. Men do most of the raping and most men target women. But occasionally a woman does manage to rape a man for whatever reasons. Most men would not complain too loudly because of social pressure.
It also has to do with physical strength. Men are more capable of doing that. What women can attack and make it to keep a men restrained easily to do so? Men are physically so much stronger and more predators. Also women can have it much easier than men i guess?
Men don't tend to admit being raped, because it's often being downplayed in society. There's even cases where it's being made fun of. Those statistics don't tell the truth, but there are also loads of women, who haven't reported their rape.

Well I think that's a gross generalization, but in the united states rape against men numbers are very high (I believe on par if not exceeding those of female) largely due to the amount of sexual assault that occurs to incarcerated individuals which the US has very high numbers of. It also doesn't help that while most people generally disapprove of 'rape jokes' these jokes are often given a pass if they affect men, such as the all to common catholic priest jokes or cartoons and media often making jokes alluding to male on male prison rape.
But what about graphs that show MEN with a big fancy purple bar. When do WE get our big bars. You feminists clearly don't care about us at all because you only represent WOMEN with nice graphs. So much for equality when men's lack of nice data charts are callously ignored by the dirty feminists.
I don't get the question. In what way are men complaining about it?
I mean it's pretty obvious that rape mostly affects women because it's way harder to do it to a man
You should go look at the stats for victims of violence, murder, homelessness, workplace deaths, suicide and ask your self why women complain about men having it easier.I don't know why guys always want to talk about male rape when female rape is brought up. Females being raped obviously happens WAY more and in uncomfortable numbers. That's why we're scared to walk alone at night.
Maybe thinking men get raped too makes them feel less like rapists. I would be ashamed of my gender too if we were known for being the majority of rapists.Because by this logic all crime is mainly if u are just comparing the stats of who commit crime the issue is when people make claims that all males are criminals when that claim is clearly false
Male rape is under reported and legally women can't rape men but I'd you apply the same rules equally towards women male rape statistics would increase drastically.
I hear of men complaining:
1. That male rape is not taken seriously if reported.
2. If being framed for rape, especially if they're dating a woman and the date doesn't go as well as expected. The problem is exactly that chart... male rape is generally ignored and therefore not counted or seen as a crime and therefore people like you believe it is only a female sided problem.
No one is complaining honey. And no, the 'all men are racist' shtick is really lame. And it's a giant lie.
Same reason why women always complain about rape unaddressed being considered a really common crime against men.
Those statistics do not paint an accurate picture because they are based only on reported rapes. Most cases of males being raped, including mine, are never reported.
Because it pretty much is. Of course there are cases for men to but majority of rape cases are of women in certain countries.
Rape of men over 18 is very rare outside of prisons and jails.
Maybe because they feel that no one takes it seriously if a man is raped.
Because it is, and your graft proves it.
Well it explains
Cuz mostly it IS!
