No. Not a single one of them refers to me, or their other girl buddies, as hot or sexy. It's... weird. Probably since they don't view me in that way.

Occasionally they might call me cute, sweet, nice, etc... but in a friendly, complimentary manner.

Now I'm not saying a guy wouldn't call a girl friend that: you might be a hot girl buddy to him!

It's normal. My besties call me hot. I call them hot. They're attractive. Give credit where credit is due. Doesn't mean you want more. It's to hype someone up too. I wouldn't take this too seriously.
