I am attracted to a guy that I work with (honestly I’m at a point in my life where if it happens it happens and if it doesn’t it doesn’t you know?)... I feel weird around him, there’s been a few moments where we would be in a group and our eyes would catch each other or that I’d catch him looking at me and then glance away, there’s been a lot of exchanges but we’ve been distant. Other than that I’m the only one that he doesn’t come to talk to (every other new colleagues he talks and jokes with them easily but he never comes to me.. not like he’s obligated to anyway). It’s just that I don’t know what to think about it, I’m always very approaching and I keep greeting him and trying to get a conversation with him and everything but nothing... Girls, have you ever had this problem? Guys, for what reason would push you to act like that?

He either doesn't like you much and is trying to avoid you, or he likes you very much and is a bit of a goofball when it comes to chatting up a lady. I'd swerve on the second hypotesis personally. Or he's socially awkward. Try ambushing him when he's alone, you might get wildly different results. Anyway, he doesn't seem like the guy who makes the first step, so be prepared to do it in his stead.
