Do Gemini men ever get jealous?

It seems like everywhere I hear that Gemini men don't get jealous and possessive, and that they're way too cocky. Is this true? I'm a Taurus female. Somebody told me that my Gemini interest will never get jealous, especially since I'm the jealous type.
