Guys, would you be rude to a girl if you have lost interest in her?

I had kept ignoring him cause I was unsure about his intentions while he continued to show interest in me (he had done something previously to make me doubt his intentions). He was my senior and graduated a year ago... we saw each other 9 months ago very briefly and I spoke to him nicely a few weeks ago cause I thought maybe he deserves a second chance but he was rude to me and tried to make me feel bad on purpose. I don't understand why did he behave this way? If he didn't want to talk he could have just ignored me?

I wouldn't be rude about it, I'd treat her like any other acquaintance but I'd have no interest in making our encounter more than what it is. Some chit chat, forget it happened, and move on.

No, I read the details. Some people take rejection very personally. Some may not want anything to do with you after. Of course he didn't have to be rude but he has a right to. In my experience though, if something doesn't work out it's best for both parties to just "keep it moving" if you catch my drift.
