Guy's Behavior

My cousin touched me inappropriately when he was very drunk. why did he do it? and do you guys think he knew what he was doing?

So we went to my aunts house because she was making a small party and my cousin (30) was there which I have not seen him in a very long time. We didn’t really talk we just smiled at each other and he asked my how I was doing and that’s all. Then hours later he started to drink a lot he even mixed other alcoholic drinks together, so he got very drunk. He was sitting there and I was standing next to him then he grabbed my hand and intertwined fingers and kissed my hand. Then he caressed my face and went down a little to one of my breast and that’s when I walked away I didn’t think much of it. When I was sitting down I caught him staring at me smiling so I just smiled back and looked away. Like an hour later I was standing there and he came up to me and asked me if I was okay and I said yea he then started to hug me a lot and hold my hand. Then he put his hand under my shirt and touched my lower back and then went down to touch my butt. I was shocked so I walked away and went with my mom. No one saw what happened.
