Am I allow to talk to other guys?

This guy has been working here as long as me. Although he worked here, he never seemed interested in me. He was always hanging out with the other girl colleagues, maybe twice he said hello to me but that’s all I remember. I met him a few days ago which was our first time getting to know each other. I was helping him do something and I finished my part. Anyway I left to go talk to another coworker who’s a guy and he got real mad at me about it. He’s seen me talk to other guys before we met but didn’t seem to care about it at all. Now every time he sees me talking with other guys he gets angry at me. I barely know him still.

Of course you are! If he gets mad, that's his problem. You can try and talk to him about it, see if you can understand why; but you shouldn't feel bad about it. Its your life, you can talk to whomever you want, you are not even dating or anything (and even if you were, you are allowed to talk to other people), and he also talks to other female coworkers so, he doesn't seem to habe a valid reason to be mad at you.
