What does it mean for a man to be a gentleman? What traits does he possess?

A gentleman is not just about holding doors and stuff, it's also about being respectful to others, saying thank you and have a nice day, helping a random lady that is not able to hold her heavy grocery bags, keeping visual eye to eye contact, not using his phone during a date and so on.
Having these traits are just a huge turn on to me.

A gentleman is a man that’s respectful, he treats women with kindness, is very chivalrous, understanding, and humble. He’s not loud , violent , or aggressive. He’s soft spoken and treats his woman like he treats his mother. I watch how men treat their mothers so I know how he will treat me.

Being a gentleman means treating people with respect and being courteous. A gentleman holds doors open for people and has manners. I'm sure every woman wants a man who is chivalrous. That's also part of what makes a gentleman to me

Treating people with respect (unless given reason not to), be curdious & thoughtful, doing kind gestures for people whether you know them or not, being empathetic.
Don't just do it to get with someone, and don't say "m'lady".
