I feel that he's using me?

My boyfriend has severe depression and anxiety and he basically begged for sex last night and told me that “i’m the only one that makes him feel good and forget about everything” and I feel that he’s using me for sex? I don’t know if I want to be with him anymore. I understand that he’s struggling but I don’t know what to do.

Sounds like you’re dealing with 2 separate issues. Additionally, you didn’t mention wether or not your boyfriend is receiving treatment for his depression.

I mention 2 points because 1 for the issue of depression and 2 for the issue of sex. It seems to me that you may just be losing your love for him for various reasons…

With that being said… usually and I use the term loosely… if a couple is fond of one another when one requests sex the other partner willingly accepts.

So ultimately, could it be that you just no longer want to be in this relationship?

"Feel good" likely means feeling good emotionally. I have major depression and anxiety and my girlfriend makes me feel good in both respects. He isn't using you. He's observing how important you are to him.
