You could have made that argument prior to the 1960s, but not since then.

I'm not saying that we're identical, but women have virtually every opportunity that men have, and that's been true since the late 60s or early 70s.

Of course, there are biological differences, and those come with positives and negatives, but that's not the fault of society or "the patriarchy" - that's "god" or "nature" or "evolution." Like everything in our universe, there's two halves, and the two halves play different roles, but both roles are important. You can't have light without darkness, sound without silence, wealth without poverty, near without far, and male without female. Society or science is never going to erase every possible difference between male and female, and even if they could, it would be a disaster.

Don't get caught in the trap of looking at men's advantages without also looking at all of the responsibilities and liabilities and expectations that come along with them. You might want some of those advantages, but I bet it's not worth taking on the liabilities, and you can't have one without the other.
