Coworker keeps touching my breasts & butt?

I started a new job almost a month ago and it requires a lot of training. I work for a cellular service. Anyway, I shadow my other coworkers and I've shadowed one in particular a few times, he's not much taller than I am & he gets extremely close to me when I'm shadowing him. He has brushed & touched my breasts & butt I'm not sure if it's an accident bc he never acknowledges it. He doesn't apologize or anything. He will get too close and his arm rests against them for a second too or he has flung his arms & touched my breasts & butt that way. He's touched my butt probably 2-3 times and touched my breasts multiple times. Why does this keep happening & why doesn't he ever acknowledge it or at least apologize? I've never said anything bc I always thought it was just some sort of accident, but it keeps happening...

If this kind of thing happened once or twice a year - a random accident - that would be one thing, but a half-dozen times or more in less than a month? It's not an accident. You need to first confront him. "Hey, watch where you're going!" Doing this in public makes everyone around you a witness, and doesn't make you look like you are hypersensitive.

If he does it again, you say loudly "I told you to stop. Next time that happens, we're going to HR!" You now have a group of people, some of whom have now been witness to this twice.

If he does it a third time, and HR investigates, and people say "oh, yeah, he did it several times before, and she told him to stop, and he keeps doing it, and we saw it happen" then he's going to be gone, and it won't look to your co-workers like you're a tattle-tale (you went to him directly first).

Talk to your boss then HR. If they don't take action, they are shit company and find a better one.

I can not say if it is an accident or not but your training should be about over, right? I would say if he does it after your training is complete then it is not an accident.

Only if you have witnesses. It's easy for them to report you to HR if they think you are a threat to them. Then they'd be more trustworthy than you if you never had any witnesses.
