So like it's even 4th week I keep telling my boyfriend so we can hang out play or do something on Saturday or on Sunday. 1st week he was busy didn't reply to my texts, 2nd week he was busy again same 3rd week I thought we could finally hang out but he ditch me and made me wait for hours just so the next day he would tell me he went to party and 4th week he was busy
.. I feel like I'm not fun person nor I'm important to him, I feel left out.. I'm just disappointed in myself for trying... I don't know anymore why is he busy always?

You seem a really nice person to me. Try one or two times more and then just say good bye to him. Really.
No one is so much busy so that they cannot get time in 3 weeks! 1 or 2 weeks understandable but 3 weeks, a bit stretch.

I really think he is underestimating you and ignoring you depending on the description of the question you gave. Please take the decision fast.

I have never been in any relationship, but I do know that you make time for what you want and value right? Just find out more about that party. That guy probably values his social status and reputation in his circle more than he values you. You may be second priority to him.

If he was at a party, he definitely could have said so, no need to keep you waiting for long time. Keeping you wait for a long definitely says something here.
