He is watching all my stories on IG, is he interested?

I joined a new dance class lately. We went to a restaurant after my first class there (for a special occasion). One of the guys was sitting next to me in the car when We went there and started to laugh at my jokes. Then he was facing me at the restaurant.
After the restaurant I added the members of the team on Instagram.

Since then, he watches all my stories on it. Often in the first ones to watch, despite the fact he has more than 1000 subscriptions. He also seems quite popular on it. Lately he started to Like my posts.
I remember also at dance class when I looked toward his direction he became a bit red, smiled and looked toward the floor.
I didn't show up for 3 weeks because of holidays and other stuff and he keeps watching.

do you think he has some kind of crush on me?

He might me interested based on everything else you included, so if you may like him a little bit, you can make the first move and go talk to him and found out more about him, and even ask if he is interested in you, by asking for his number or to go on a date.

Just looking at your story or liking a few of your posts though, are not really signs someone likes you. He may not even be watching your stories, it would appear that he did, but it would show up as a view, even if just clicked through the whole thing. Then liking someone's posts doesn't really mean much, unless he is going through and liking some of your old ones. He could just be liking your post to be nice, or because he found it relatable, or found entertainment out of it, depending on what you post.

He seems a cool guy.
The problem : he is wayyy younger than me. 20… and Im a bit more than 30 . :o

I noticed we have a lot of common likes on IG (like 30 pages in common)…I don’t know what to think.

he kept watching all my stories during a certain time (1 month) and lately he Liked one picture on my IG but not a special one (I post à lot of dance videos for example) and he just liked a food pic. Lol I Take it as a « poke » (remember the old facebook haha), little sign like hey I got some interest but too shy to like something else. What do you think?

I would still say the only times he has maybe shown interest in you are the times he was laughing at all of your jokes and the time you caught him staring at you.

If he was trying to tell you he was interested in you through Instagram, He would be liking every time you post for all of your posts, leaving comments on your posts, or would have messaged you.

Only liking one of your posts, and just looking at your stories, really isn't a sign that he is interested in you, not matter if he pops up first or not. He would be trying something else to get a hold of your attention. Especially considering his age, he definitely knows how to get a girls attention Instagram and get her to notice him and know for a fact without doubt he is interested.

I would say considering how much you are noticing what this goes does to where your page is concerned, and even noticing the common likes you 2 have together. It would be safe for me to say you have some interest in him, but the age difference is kind of bothering you?

If that is true, you can look past that, just be careful, he may find you attractive but be more interested in the fact you are older than him, kind of the cougar/milf type kink for him.
However, I do have on friend who is currently 24 and his girlfriend is 43 and they have been together for 3 years now.

So it can work out just depends on what you want, and unless he is messaging, liking all of your posts, and leaving comments on them, I just wouldn't use Instagram as being signs he is interested in you.

Wow thanks a lot for taking the time to develop your thoughts.
The funny fact is that initially I was attracted by another guy of the class and I didn't really pay attention to him, even if I found him charismatic.
But since I noticed he was always watching all my stories quicky, I started to think more about him and suddenly reconsidered the whole process like « oh this guy was in my perimeter and I didn’t pay attention to him ».

Also he seems a Nice guy and quite mature for his age. So my intuition is telling me « the soul doesn’t consider the age » while my mental is telling me « omg there s too much age gap!! ».

For the age, I’m looking younger people often give me around 25. I even heard 22/23 from à groupe of girls 😂
So not sure he Knows the gap but I guess he feels Im a bit older!

Yeah of course, I would say if its just his age bothering, I would just take a leap and give it a shot, maybe start slow, like just start talking to him and see what he likes and get to know him more. If you find out you don't like him, you don't like him, and you know for the future that you would definitely prefer to stick around your age range.

Especially if you look younger and he may not know the gap, I see no harm no foul.

Really think about it, would you rather sit here and think about what could have been, or would you rather go out and try and know for sure. As long as you are comfortable with it of course.

Definitely age gap is a social challenge especially when the girl is older.
Like a lot of girls I used to prefer older guys and that’s why I feel challenged lol. I feel comfortable talking to him and him too apparently, he was the first to talk to me by the way.

My parents are 20 years old gap haha. But my father is the older like almost everytime.

I will take it slow yup :) let’s see what happens next

Not only because he looks but because he is always in the first ones to watch…and constantly. Plus the other things I mentioned.

You are clearly projecting the fact that you like him onto this whole situation. If you are interested start TALKING to HIM, and don't rely on stupid social media to get things started.

Social media can be misinterpreted so easily. Stories take so little effort to watch: notification/swipe/check out content and BOOM, . 30 seconds TOPS. If you believe that indicates interest, then you are a lost cause.
