We were messaging before the night, I got very very drunk and we had sex.

We messaged the day after and he wanted to see me again the night after, but I was tired and said no. The conversation kind of died down.

Now three days later he's messaged me asking how my weeks going and if I've recovered.

Not necessarily. He probably wants more sex. As far as him being a good-looking guy and you think he could get sex easily anywhere else, that's probably not entirely true. It's still more work for him to go find someone new than to hit up someone who has already had sex with him.

I don't think there's any harm in replying to him and seeing what happens. If he does like you and wants more than just sex, he will suggest dates. Going out in public, etc. If it's more along the lines of, "Want to come over and hang out" or "Netflix and chill", then he's definitely only interested in hooking up.
