Boss kept looking at my lips today while I was talking?

So Im a 20 year old girl. My boss is a happily married 36 year old guy with kids. He is super kind and fun (to everyone at work).

So today while I was talking to him I noticed he kept alternating between looking at my eyes and at my lips. Does that mean anything?

I look at people's mouths a lot when they talk, especially if I'm having a hard time understanding them, or if I don't want to maintain heavy eye contact because it weirds a lot of people out and sometimes social anxiety gets the better of me so it helps me from getting overwhelmed. Don't read too much into it
