How do guys feel if a woman they know almost never looks in their eyes even when they talk to them?

I just realized i never really look in ny crush eyes or if im super attracted to a man i know. I find it extremely hard and get shy. I look to the side of him or down or maybe at his shirt or pants lol. If i make eye contact usually it's by accident and i look away quickly.

Sometimes i noticed guys can't look me in the eyes either. So i guess everyone feels shy at times?

But with a guy at work who i actually think might be interested... I dont want him to think anything bad if i can't make eye contact or can't hold it. I wanna connect and i know eyes can say a lot and eye contact is a great way to communicate. But damn... Too shy.
