How do I get rid of him without ghosting?

So this guy has been playing games with me and even ghosted me a little bit. I’m tired of it. I’ve already tried to break up with him three times long time ago but he still contacts me like nothing happened.

Tell him once more that you're done and to go a separate way, that you want to move on and don't want contact and that you don't want to have to block him, as long as you were honest and direct with him it's not ghosting, and if he doesn't respect your choice than you can block him.

Be direct and tell him you don't want to see him anymore as far as dating goes. You can be nice, but be firm also (in your tone of voice). If he wants reasons, you can be honest and say you aren't in it for playing games, you want someone that takes it more seriously. If he tries to convince you he will or will change, stick to your decision. "Too late for change, I'm sorry. I'm moving on"
