I am a bit ashamed to admit this, but it is I that has the nightmares. When I share a bed and have a nightmare I wake up being held. I sometimes suffer from sleep paralysis. Almost every time I have such a nightmare I can see my old girlfriend coming at me with a knife. NO, I'm not channeling my inner Freddy Kruger. But, being in bed in what seems like being wide awake and seeing people coming at you is not something I would wish on others. This is why I don't watch horror movies etc. I have never been in bed with a girl having a nightmare, but I doubt I would wake her. Just get close to her and let her feel my body's warmth.

All right in this in this predicament you wake them up and you know be gentle and wake them up out of the nightmare but if it's not a nightmare and it turns out they're dreaming about something you know a little more fun and interesting see that's when you have a chance to actually add to that experience...
{Let me just point this out don't fucking do this unless you're really close with the fucking person)
Like for real like for real if they have literotic dream and you know the right next to you in bed and you guys are cuddling yeah by all means add to that and then probably end up probably end up waking up and fucking you but don't unless you're close...
My poor husband has to deal with my evening theatrics pretty regularly. I talk in my sleep AND I walk/move.
He's a heavy sleeper but if I'm dreaming odds are I will wake him up. One time I dreamt that there was a spider on my face and I didn't wake up but I woke him up, yelled jibberish at him and threw all the pillows and blankets off the bed 😂
He then woke me up and was like, "Dude wtf" lmao

It’s actually me that suffers from these, as in wake up screaming or scream in my sleep lol, bundle of laughs lol.
waking someone from a dream / nightmare should always be done carefully.
People can and do strike out when woken suddenly.
the best thing is to simply hold them and talk softly, be gentle with them and show love.Just lay there watch and listen to make sure she's okay and when she gets to it just cuddle up next to her and hold on to her and even then sometimes you have to back up I just let her sleep you can talk to her about it in the morning and if she wakes up just cuddler her
i'm a heavy sleeper so this probably won't ever happen for me. Only time I wake up is if i hear someone trying to break in. Then I spring up, grab the mossy, and get ready for that sh*t. I know cuz this has sadly happened twice to me >.>
I guess if she made enough noise to wake me though I'd just cuddle her close to me and slowly, gently, and quietly whisper to her and try to wake her up without alarming her.I let her sleep unless she starts flailing wildly. Waking someone from REM can be worse than letting them be. As someone who suffers PTSD and flashback nightmares often depending on the dream I can't be woken or you might get swung on by accident and this can apply to women as well as men in many cases if the dream is bad.
Let her sleep through it. It may be some exotic dream, not a nightmare. If I wake her up, she may have difficulty getting back to sleep, which will put her in a bad mood all the next day. We don't want that!
If I noticed her being uneasy in her sleep, I would grab her hand and ask if I could cuddle her. She'd probably just hug me at that point, and that would be that.
I wake her, maybe give her a hug once she wakes up and realizes she was having one (but not right away because moving in on someone who woke up. from a nightmare mere seconds ago is how you get popped in the face 😂).
Somehow my partners are always sleeping on their backs during a nightmare. I gently and slowly pull them to face me and comfort them. Always works
If she is breathing heavy she might be having a different kind of dream. I would definitely wake her up.
More than likely I am sleep to and if I am not than more than likely i am busy doing something. She having a nightmare, will talk about it in the morning
If I had a girlfriend having a nightmare I would comfort her
If I am awake and can tell she is having a nightmare I would wake her up and comfort her by holding her and go from there
I sneak my willy inside her to make her dream she’s being raped to make her nightmare 10x worse
Guys don't usually watch their girlfriend or wife sleep. If she's moving too much or I did something stupid, I just go sleep on the couch!
I would never wake someone up unless I was afraid they were going to injure themselves (or me). Dreams are necessary.
I usually give her a shake and ask her if she is okay and cuddle her.
I would just gently hold my wife & it worked. It was usualy her having to wake me up from nigtmares
i try to just sleep through it. it's not a good idea to wake a sleeping person
Sleep it through. Dreams are data compression, no good disrupting them unless it's life or death.
She always wakes me up if i have a nightmare so i return the favor and wake her up if she has one.
