I live in a student corridor where only kitchen is shared. A new guy moved in next door to me 2 weeks ago. He bumped into me in the kitchen when he moved in and he started a conversation. He didn't flirt in his words but I could tell in his eyes he was tryna impress me. He had this flirty look haha. He is 26. I am 20. We talked for a bit, turns out we both play guitar. When I was like "alright ill see you around then" and started walking to my room. he said "wait" and I turned around and he asked me my name while walking to his room as well same time as me.
It is currently Friday 10pm and Im thinking of slipping a note under his door. I saw him leave earlier and he isn't home right now. Is this a good note to slip?
"Hey [his name]! I'm not sure you're home right now, I'm off work tomorrow until midnight but let's play guitar sometime together! Let me know if you're down :).

Ps. We seemed to click, I can see us going out together. But I also wouldn't mind just sleeping with him lol. Im moving out in a month (and he knows it) so I dont care if it goes bad lol.
