What’s a good way to get a guy that’s interested in me to plan ahead and meet up?

The guy that likes me as more than a friend doesn’t like planning too far ahead and a lot of the time he says maybe even if we end up meeting for sure... what’s a good response to give to get someone to meet up with you if they say busy or maybe? (Without sounding too pushy)

I generally don't respect people like that who are noncommittal. So I wouldn't want to be in a relationship with them anyway.

He also has a learning disability as well and he works an overnite job 5 nights per week... which is physically demanding

Okay. Maybe he gets tired from work a lot. That's why he doesn't want to make plans in advance, because he doesn't know how he will feel.
