They either hope for a unicorn wife who is subservient and traditional in every way and continue to stay angry when those kinds of women go to guys who won't act like a jerk to them or eventually realize they were acting like immature kids when a woman finally does give them the time of day. Then they can one day have their kids.

Otherwise they stay single forever and pretend it was their choice.

Honestly, couldn't tell you because even I don't get it either really. Maybe they're planning to adopt, or wait for some distant future where children can be born and grown in cannisters kind of thing. Don't see how you can want kids if you're going this route.

One thing I've noticed is how a person's outlook on life and demeanor in general can change rapidly once they meet someone who interests them (this happens even before a relationship ensues). I bet these guys will change like the weather once they meet a woman they like.

Self evidently men who have chosen to exclude women from their lives do not intend to have children after they make that decision.
Many MGTOW had children before they chose to walk away.
Infidelity, bipolar disorder in women, the Duluth Model, property settlements, alimony, child custody and support and false allegations are just some of the things that cause formerly partnered men to prefer celibacy.

I can't speak for all men but my mind is a shit show. I really struggle to be completely self aware. There's a chance that these men are just frustrated or sad, and don't really know what they're doing.

They could want kids at the time, but just don't know how to talk to women in the right way.

They eventually meet and sometimes marry an older, angry jaded, woman who is desperate for another relationship because guys will only sleep with her anymore as she hit the wall long ago. Typically they don't have kids thank God. But if they do she ruins his life and screws up the kids life.
