If you are rich, and he's not wealthy enough. He probably thinks that you are used to go nice restaurants, have nice presents, go to places where wealthy people usually go, have nice trips, etc...

He can't afford things like that, so you might get bored on him later on.

Have you ever wondered why you really like this guy, why you want to be with him?

If you really want this guy to be part of you life, tell him that you are not attract to him because of the amount of money he make, that you don't need nor expect expensive things from him, that you both can grow together

The reality for men today is no different than it was decades ago in the sense that we are still judged on our ability to provide for a woman. Unlike women, our value as a human being is largely based on that. I know that is not the ideal, the goal, or the politically correct thing to say, and most women will not be honest enough to acknowledge it, but it is a reality for today's men and it's not going to change anytime soon. I promise you he's acutely aware of it. He's protecting himself and he is wise to do that.
