Guys stare but never approach?

When I m out in public i get stares and it’s like at the point where they observe me or just stare for too long but I’ve only been approached by 1 guy in my whole life and I’m 17... I mean is there something wrong with me? I don’t get why guys stare that much but don’t approach like what’s the point?

That’s because you’re so beautiful they don’t dare approach you they don’t want to be humiliated by being turned down that hurts his ego very very badly

What is it about you besides you being 17 that makes a guy stare at you. Does it creep you out if an older guy approuches you?

Well I’m pretty tall and I have very blonde hair and I’m brown skin people have told me I look exotic looking and I also have a big chest and yes it does… they approach me more then younger guys so I don’t really count them and I was 14
