He’s probably creeping and seeing what you’re up to without having to talk to you directly. He probably does care or still have feelings towards you to a certain degree but probably won’t admit it at least now. If I were you, I’d take it as a compliment that I’m still on his mind and he wants to know what’s going on in my life but don’t message him unless he sends you something first. If it creeps you out then block him or if you’re brave, message him and ask why he’s doing that. Hopefully he’ll give you a honest answer.
