So, what’s next? I’m not interested romantically because he’s a player (he currently has a girlfriend) but I’m tired of ignoring him or holding grudges.

Hit him up and request a get together/date. That puts the ball back in his court. If he doesn’t respond or flakes out on you cut him loose.

You don’t need to be “ mean” about it. Just say that it was nice talking with him while it lasted but that it appears that he doesn’t respect your time or schedule. Be the adult in the situation.

Then tell him to take care of himself and have a good day. Chances are this “upping of the ante” and statement that you’re ending things will light a fire under his ass. If it doesn’t, block his number and delete him from your contacts. Move on.

I’ve dealt with soooo many flaky women during my time dating. This isn’t some “tactic” I used. I just realized that life is easier romantically for me when I cut people lose who just want to play games and aren’t respectful of my time or attention.
