Gym Crush on my mind?

I am a woman that goes to the gym. There is this one guy who I’m attracted to in the gym. We see each other often. If I look at him and he looks at me I quickly look away and he does the same where if I look at him he looks away. Recently today as I was working out he came and worked out next to me. Once I finished working out I moved to another machine and he moved to workout behind me. Once I finished I went to dress and as I was leaving he was standing by the front desk. I walked out and left and he came a few moments later behind me. As I walked outside and looked back we made eye contact, and of course I was hot afraid to look because we had some distance between us. Do you think he may be into me, if so why hasn’t he said anything? Or am I just reading too much into it?

Maybe try making small talk with him next time and see how he responds? You can go like “hey I’ve seen you around a lot blablabla” Does he usually go to the gym alone?

Yeah he goes alone usually. I don't know if I should speak first because I’m nervous he’ll be thinking oh yeah she’s into me and take advantage of the situation

You could just ask him to spot you or something casual like that and plus you are into him tho right? Shouldn’t be a problem if he thinks that you might be into him, maybe he’s also into you ;)

Yeah. I think I’ll say hi to him next time. I doubt he’ll make the first move since guys are usually deemed as creeps in the gym if the give a woman attention. I personally don’t mind socializing in the gym. It makes working out fun and sharing machines easier

He would workout around me and I would just flash him a smile, one time he helped me re-rack so I said thank you. After that I guess I gave him a green light by breaking the talking barrier (since I talked first I guess lol) because he started talking to me the next time we saw each other and eventually introduced himself.

How did it go with you tho? Did you get the chance to talk to him yet?

I wanted to do the smile thing but I wear a mask to the gym. And no progress yet. I haven’t seen him at the gym recently. I wonder if that was his last day ever and if that’s why he had gave it his all that day. 😪

Last Thursday but I came in a lot later, he was leaving when I arrived. Today Monday I came in earlier. I think I’m to blame because I keep changing times I come in
