What should I do? Should I give him a chance?

I had class on Wednesday morning and I was walking into my college building. When I went into the building, I saw the man that works in maintenance that I’ve seen for awhile. He seems really nice, he’ll smile and tell me good morning every now and then. So when i was walking, I heard him tell me good morning and how I was doing, and I replied back. After that I just kept walking and minding my business and then unexpectedly he told me, “hey.” I turn around confused, and he asked me, “are you single?” I was shocked when he asked me that because I barely know him and we rarely talk. I said yes I am. And he told me that he’s seen me around a lot and finds me very attractive. I was blushing and stuttering lol. I asked him how old he was and he said he was 32, and I told him I was 20. But it seemed like my age didn’t matter to him. He said that maybe me and him could talk sometime and to think about it. He was so sweet through the whole thing, I’m not sure what to do. I’m afraid he’ll get in trouble because I’m a college student and he’s an employee, and I don’t want him to feel rejected. What should I do?
