Guys, Mixed Signals from guy Co-worker?

I have a male co-worker that I think likes me, when he sees me he says my name, I used to hardly see him on breaks, now he takes his breaks same time as I do, talks to me a lot and will constantly call my name if I'm not paying attention to him. He also says things like, he is nervous around me, he always wants to talk to me. If i ever say sorry for something he tells me I don't have to be sorry. Yesterday he came to work next to me and asked if I wanted him to help, and said "it's okay, I know you miss me." I texted him through our work app last night and he replied right away. But then he called me sis, am I trippin?

I wanted to mention that he is 28, and he gets jealous if I interact with other guys that we work with.
